A company that cuts the benefits to it's patients to the bare minimum for it's longterm care patients who all have serious diseases. This company has an F rating with the Better Business Bureau. I used to have 27 hours with a caretaker with this company I am now cut to 8. They also cut my pre-made meals and my pest control service and I live in Florida. This is an insurance company that's supposed to provide at least adequate service to it's patients instead of the bare minimum. All my relatives are deceased. 8 hours is only equivalent to 1 business day and there are 6 other days of no caretaker this is highly dangerous to me.
