AMC Garden State 16 Ripping people off by charging additional money for surround sound when the movie is not in surround sound Paramus New Jersey

This AMC theater charges 3.00 extra for a theater like theater number 3, that says it charges that amount extra for surround sound.....Well, being a sound mixer for films, I understand how surround sound is great, the trailers in surround sound are great..BUT When they charge you for a movie that is not surround sound and add up 300 seats, times 3.00 equals 900.00 additional, times 10 showings a day, they are making nearly 10,000 dollars extra..WHAT A FRAUD and RIP OFF..it's like charging you for a 3d movie and the movie is not in 3d. 

I went to the manager, who siad'Sorry" I should have told them when I realized the movie was not in surround sound, so I would have to walk out of the theatre and said something during the show...HOW absurd!

So AMC, who is now a public company should be charged with fraud and misleading and taking money for something they are not offering!

If you saw a show like American Hustle, you got ripped off if you got charged for theatre #3 and other theatres that say it is surround sound... THIS MOVIE was in STEREO...never a rear speaker or side speaker was even activated... THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED AND MAKING OVER 10,000 A DAY IN just THAT THEATRE #3...shame on tehm...if YOU WERE A VICTIM, GO TO THE MANAGER AND REQUEST A FREE PASS TO A FUTURE MOVIE....MAYBE THAT WILL TEACH THEM A LESSON... I INTEND TO CONTACT THE NEW ceo AND LET THEM KNOW THAT FRAUD  AND MISREPRESENTATION IS NOT A GOOD BUSINESS OR FAIR BUSINESS PRACTICE!
