I received a letter titled Forfeiture notification regarding funds. It said that this document was officially certified and verified internally for accuracy. The total amount I was to receive was $10,276,431.00. The prize date of notification was 10/23/07. It said all I needed to do was send them $10.00 by 11/13/07.
