I was surprised to see my name associated with Ameraco.  I was researching it because I thought it was an interesting concept that might be useful for my students.  Ameraco is not associated with me, I have not promoted them and in fact have done nothing more and know nothing more about them other than seein an on-line ad and out of curiosity clicked to check it out.  As far as the comment which does seem to involve me that "I changed the price of my program" and "would not take their loan mod case" unfortunately I could not take that persons case.  I am an attorney licensed in Pennsylvania and the person is in Colorado.  They need a Colorado attorney.

 As far as I claim there are "investors who will help keep you in your home" that is definitely not my program.  My program is for investors to acquire properties and to learn how they can modify their own loans to keep their properties.  This person seems to be intermingling comments about me with comments about another program so perhaps that is something Ameraco is doing.  As far as "changing the price of the program" we have never changed the price of the program.  At the beginning when we first marketed the program internally to my students.  We offered it at $997 for a few promotions to get a test group (I told them they were a test group) and thus they got a discount for being part of the development.  After the test group went through and we made all needed clarifications and revisions to the product we set the price at $2,497 which is where it has stayed.

 In any event good luck to each and every one of you pursuing your financial dreams whether it is through my system or anything else.  In my experience your success will come from your hard work and determination.  As someone who knows many of the "gurus" I have to say they are a very smart and hardworking group and I think you would be surprised at how many of them care deeply about their students and their success.  Certainly there are bad eggs but the more "gurus" I know the more obvious it is to me that the majority of them care deeply that their material is used and works for people.
