Ameri-Source Publications ripoff! Dishonest fraudulent billing. No proof I ever did business with them. Champlain New York

I received an invoice on Sept. 18,03 from this company for $299.95. I called the company to get more info on this and they told me that this was an invoice for an order that was ok by the owner in 2001 for 2 yrs. My father is the owner and when I brought this to their attention and asked for some type of signature or a confirmation call showing me that this acctually took place they didn't want to cooperate. They got real nasty on the phone with me and said if I didn't want to do business with them anymore that I should have called and canceled. Now how can I do that when I wasn't aware of this order?!

Once the guy started getting nasty with me I asked to speak to his supervisor he said the only people above him was the board of directors and they don't want to talk to me. I asked him watch the tone in his voice and he got REAL nasty then and hung up on me. I had to call back of course. I told them they were very unprofessional and if they wanted there money they should follow up on what the customer is requesting. That's what customer service is for right? He didn't want to cooperate and said he had nothing to show me. He told me to pay or it would go to collections. I told him if I received a collection letter because of them I would sue.

So now I'M waiting to see what happens. I will take this company to court if I have to. It's not right for companies like this to make up an invoice and not have any history or backgound on it. I don't have a problem paying what I owe. I'M not about to cut a check for $299.95 if noone wants to cooperate with me. IM not made out of money.

If I do take this company to court it would be nice for some of these people who have filed a complaint against this company to get together and get them. This is a very unprofessional company and very rude. I don't recommend you do ANY type of business with these people. I HAVE NEVER SEEN MY AD! This is what gets to me the most. I have never seen anything any type of paper work, nothing. I have nothing to show that I ever did business with them. How crazy is that?
