This will be a long entry, I apologize for it but hopefully it will encourage others to send theirs too.

Our rip-off started actually before I began working here. In Dec. 2001, I was called and informed that we had advertised for 2yrs for an amount of $299.95. My boss had received package he did not order before I started and I still have it for reference of the incorrect listing. Anyway, We were invoiced in Dec. 2001 and after talking to Debra Newman(at that time our account manager) she told me the ad was thru Dec. 2003. I also spoke to a woman, Cleopatra Williams, and received a fax on 3/6/02 of the ad as it appeared in the book showing the ad, incorrectly of course, and an invoice for the $299.95.

I immediately called and talk to another woman, Vivian, and explained our address was incorrect, and requested that if I paid for this ad, I needed our listing to be correct or it is use less for us to have it in there. I was told it would be corrected, they took the info over the phone. So the invoice was paid on 3/7/02 and I assumed after this payment come Dec. 2003 we would have our listing removed.

On November 1, 2002, I e-mailed the support line informing them that they need not to contact us, We Will Not nor Do Not Wish to hav a listing in their publication.

So on June 23, 2003, I again was called. I sent an emali to their support line telling them of the previous information that we would not advertise again and at that time My email could not be delivered. Imagine that!! On their web-site I have seen "Total Customer Satisfaction" quoted. That's Horse Crap! and they are very unprofessional!!

On September 24th 03, Bobby Jakes, called and left a message for me to return a call concerning a current invoice. I returned his call Sept. 25,03. He told me NO invoice is due and no billing will be sent out and our name will be taken out of the directory. On Sept. 27th, I received an invoice for (you guessed it) $299.95. I think there is a huge problem here.

Now we get to October 2 03, and call Thomas Jarvis, explaining all of this from old calls and faxes stating that as of December 2003, our listing runs out and we owe nothing more. He tells me "NO your ad runs until 2004, and he will take our listing out after that time." From 2002 I have found that our listing still isn't corrected, because of the invoice we received has the incorrect town on it.

Please, Please, Please, report these people and do not pay them a single cent. I have this last invoice to pay and until today, finding this web-site I was ready to pay it and get them off our back. Now I will not pay it and will never pay it.
