I sent ACG over $20,000 in cash and purchased a $35,000 automobile for his use. He failed to make payments and I ended up with the bill. He no longer answered the phone. I settled with the car company, and I'm paying back the loan of $16,000 of the $20,000 I sent him (David Cohen, Pres.).
I did most of this through the FedEx, and wire transferred the $16,000 from my bank to his on 8/14/03.
