AMERICA GEEKS OR GEEKS AMERICA I allowed this company to clean up my computer due to so called virus- I can not gety hold of tyhem.

Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
OnSept 2017 this company informed me that another company-- SpyHooks which I paid $299.99 to-- had ripped me off. They took ahold of my computer and said they cleaned it up and advised me to get a refund from Spy Hooks. I paid $399.99 to America Geeks fo a "Lifetime" coverage. I cand not get ahold of them either by their number 10888-610-0490. Per my receipt confirmation there was another number- 1-88-588-2055. This number keeps telling me to hold on for tech support- I was on hold for 45 minutes prior to hanging up and contacting you.

I agree with you 100%. But believe me you will be hearing from them soon with that bogus refund scam. They claim their server is down and you will be getting a refund. Don't fall for this.

Two Different Companies

America Geeks and Geeks America are different companies. I don't know about Geeks America, but America Geeks is not worth your time or effort. When they want to they can fix a computer or laptop, they do a good job when they want to. Most of the time they are trying to sell you something and getting in touch with them on these phone numbers is almost impossible. They got me ! But I am dumping they the first chance I get!
