Almost through with my A.A. thanks to American Academy

I have had no issues with American Academy of Pinecrest. I was a homeschooled student and did all of high school through Florida Virtual School, except they did not offer high school diplomas (no idea if they do now) at the time. So towards the end of my senior year, after writing the SAT's and whatnot, I just transferred my credits to American Academy and they sent me their prerequisite material & final exam.
I graduated through them, and sent my transcript (and SAT scores) to Miami Dade College, where I was admitted on the grounds of High School graduate. Perhaps it could be that MDC is an open admission school, and perhaps more lax than say, a state university or a university in another state. But all the same, I'm set to graduate with my A.A. in one more semester, and I plan to transfer to FIU after that.
I will say that their final exam was quite easy for me, I feel like it should have been much harder. And I have heard from a few others that schools are not accepting their diploma. But I would not be where I am today if not for American Academy, and for that I owe it to them to at least defend the claim that they are a total ripoff.
