American Achievement Corporation Balfour Commemorative Brands, Inc Bait and switch Austin Texas

I was bamboosaled by this company who sold me a ring that

1) was a complete opposite to the one i was shown by the sales agent

2) when i recieved it it was not even close to my order

3) The company denied responsibility and then offere to make a ring of less vaklue than what i paid for

4) the ring i ordere was not even int he ball park of the value i paid for it.

Overall this company is a classic bait and switch outfit. They Lie to the customers, delay production and are irresponsible. They they try to lie thier way out by offering an "updgrade" as a settlement which is lesshan what you paid for. I would advise anyone to never go near this place, if you are a College or University, even a trade school, becareful this company will rob the students blind, have the merchendise checked by a reputable Jewler, and they will tell you that this company sells Garbage.
