American Advertising Concepts Jason Ely; Tara McNeal Advertising Scam! Did not Deliver! San Antonio Texas
*Author of original report: No excuses
*UPDATE EX-employee responds: Defamation of Character
I was contacted by Jason Ely in November of last year to participate in an advertising opportunity for local apartment communities to be included on their magnetic whiteboards. I agreed, paid them $700 and never heard from them again. I was able to get in touch with Jason in March and he told me they were in process but nothing has materialized. In reading the online complaints, I am kicking myself! I am just starting the process to file complaint against them. Any assistance with the process is greatly appreciated.

Yet you failed to do the right thing and report them after realizing what they were doing was wrong? Being young and naive is not an acceptible excuse. An acceptible response would have been to help the people they were scaming out of their hard earned money!

#1 UPDATE EX-employee responds
Defamation of Character
AUTHOR: Tara McNeal - (USA)
SUBMITTED: Thursday, July 28, 2016
I worked for American Advertising Concepts also known as Magnetic Advertising Promotions for a little less than 9 months in 2015. I resigned from the company December 8, 2015 because I was growing more concerned about the companies failure to print the products they were selling. I inquired on numerous occasions to management about their failure or lack of printing, management always had an excuse or explanation and I was informed not to worry My duties were to involve only creating graphics for the clients, once I realized they were not printing the advertisements and saw this scam report I quit immediately and did not want to be affiliated with this type of fraudulent accusation. I was just a young, aspiring designer trying to gain experience and a start in the design world. I regret ever being involved with this company. So please realize and understand I had no knowledge that this company was not legitamate.
