While stationed at Sheppard AFB in 2001 I was approached by this wonderful* middle aged woman who claimed to be retired trying to sell this money making crap which I fell for. Paid into it for a year until I decided to get my finances in check and realized how pointless it was. Any ways here's the website to see if you quilify for a refund. I tried and there was an amount but we'll see how it works out once I call https://eapps.naic.org/restitution
