The American Bankers Insurance Company of Florida (ABIC) increased the insured value of my home from $71,000 to $171,000 without ever sending the required coverage selection form and other reverant information data. This change increased my home insurance policy from less than $700.00 per year to $2556.00 per year.

I talked with a representative (no name provided by individual). She said the required documentation was sent to me. She hung up on me. According to a copy of the policy furnished by my mortgage company, if any paperwork was mailed, it was mailed to an address over 5 years old and no longer valid.
