My Claim # G2095415
According to their records my disability beging 12/19/1999 . This was an Montgomery Ward account and this company has gone to bankrupty. I have written and call and can't find any records dating that far back. The only records I can find dates back to 08/2003 and the account now belongs to Walmart. I have asked to settle this matter with the information we can find. and they are a large insurance company,If I can find the information Why can't they find this information I am try of the run around I'm still at this time this premium on the policy.
