American Cash Net A man with a heavy accent called stated he was an attorney for the company and that i had taken out a pay day loan from their company in the amount of 300 dollars and that they will be pressing three San Dieago, California

On March 17,2011 i recieved a phone call stateing that i had recieved a pay day loan from american cash net.com,they had my social security number phone number and bank account information,and that i owed them 300.00.

They stated that authorities would come to my residence and arrest me for three counts of fraud,of course i was shocked,i did some investigating and found others like my self.

I am calling my attorney general in the morning to report this and fining out how to protect my identity for this could lead to identity fraud..
