Am preparing paperwork to file complaints in Massachusetts against them. Failure to desist from harassment will result in Massachusetts actions which will cost them money and license to operate in Massachusetts. The abatement for Chrysler is being held hostage by the town collecting excise tax payments until Chrysler Financial satisfies its tax obligations to the town for taxes owed. Maybe the town shold hire ACS to collect from Chrysler Financial.
