 I contacted this agency who advertised that they specialized in getting people out of timeshares. I received a welcome letter along with alist of items I could expect in return for my $1800.00. Two and a half years and $1800.00 later I haven't received as much as a receipt let alone help on getting me out of the time share. I've received calls periodically from the new guy who is now going to straighten out my account and refund my money, but you can guess how that's worked out. One guy actually had the nerve to say if I dropped my complaint with the BBB - then he would help me! Avoid these people at all costs. My lesson cost me $1800.00.
