I signed up for their income based loan forgiveness program so that i wouldnt have to pay my student loans anymore. i got confirmation that after i pay 6 monthly payments of $95 that my loans will be completely forgiven. After paying it all i got a call from navient stating that i had loans due and my payment almost doubled. Navient had told me that No the company did not forgive my loans they consolidated them. Which was not what i signed up for. Navient told me i could of consolidated my loans through them for no cost.
I have copies of the emails where the representative Kenneth lied to me. He no longer works for the company. When i called to ask for a refund and see why my loan wasnt forgive they treated me like a liar. The new representative Erika was very rude to me and unwilling to help.
I would like to send you the emails proving that they lied to me about the loan forgiveness program!
