I bought a sliding glass door with blinds. I had it instaled by local contractor, It was not the door that we asked for. Which is alright. But the door will not open. We did not receive an instalation manual. And American Craftsman can not be contaced on the web or the phone. Also have some parts left over that we do not know what to do with. I think the rollers are bad.
