My name is mariceo i have my car finance threw american crdit acceptance i got behind on my car payments call them and explained to them they came got my car first time which i had a arrangment on filke talk to a supervisor and they still came got my car.
When they came got my car the brolk piece in my car im still behind i told them when i could make a payment the were rude they call ed my job asking where i work at asking where the car is and they have other ways to find my car.

Guess what? When YOU signed the contract, YOU agreed to make payments on time. YOU failed to do that and YOU turned on the collections machine. How hard is this to understand...if you don't want a repo or their bill collectors to call you, make your payments on time. This is a subprime deadbeat lender YOU were placed with because the banks would not touch you with a ten foot pole because of YOUR self constructed credit reputation. This isn't your first time of not paying on time! Why not grow up and be responsible? No, I don't work for them.
