American Credit Experts took funds out of my saving account without my permission. now I have a negative $59.00 in my savings account and I might have to pay an extra $25.00 for them taking money of of my savings account without my permission. I don't see how they got the money because I didn't send them any paper work

I didn't send any paper work to them. And I had not signed anypapers, they just took funds out of my account when I told them not to. I told them that I always pay with money order.

First off let me start by saying that I am NOT a stockholder, owner, employee or connected financially in any sort of way with American Credit Experts. I am just a client who started over a year and a half ago with them. At first like everyone else I was skeptical they could help me with my bad credit (yes it was horrible) but after a while I realized they were telling the truth. They warned me about everything that was going to happen and what they could do for my credit file. So far they have backed up everything they have said. Now it hasn't been easy but when you go from a credit score of 490 to 600 that's something to talk about. Your score will fluctuate while you're on the program but that's bc these credit reporting agencies want to punish you for having old debts or paying them off years later. I also had some old debts pop up bc it was sent to other collection agencies.

I admit I had alot of bad accounts on my report including a judgement from a lawyer who took a debt of $14k, added interest to it (about $4k) and made it into two debts. That's right, I had a $14k and a $18k judgement on my credit report when there was only suppose to be one. It takes forever for these CRA's to listen, let alone investigate. ACE took ALL of it off plus the fact that I started out with over 28 derrogatories on each credit report and today I am only down to, 7 on TransUnion, 10 on Experian and 6 on Equifax. They also took care of my deliquencies which went anywhere from 7 to 10 on each credit file down to zero today. Yes the program does work if you follow their advice and give the program TIME to work especially when ACE tells you to send them any updates from the credit reporting companies which they DO send informing you of your updated report to make sure your file is moving in the right direction. Yes folks, as with everything else in life, PATIENCE is key and believe me I am not very patient when it comes to results bc I want things right now but I am very glad I waited.

ACE has been nothing but supportive even helping me out last year when I almost cancelled bc I couldn't pay and they gave me that month free. Another time they convinced me to stay was back in April of last year bc the credit bureaus were telling me everything was investigated and correct on my file. Nothing could be farther from the truth! As soon as ACE's rep told me to give them two more weeks (after only being with them for only 3 months) and things will start coming off, no sooner he said that about 3 days later I checked my credit and several accounts came off. Since then over 58 invalid or unverifiable accounts came off my credit including the judgements. YES I HAVE DOCUMENTED PROOF! ACE will send you the corrected file plus they will send you your old credit file so you can compare for yourself what was deleted or corrected. They EVEN got many late payments to come off some of my accounts which brought my scores up.

Recently there was a billing error with ACE on my bank statement bc I was accidentally double billed which caused my account to go into the negative. The billing rep Aex took care of my problem within 48 hrs. They not only refunded the extra charge but they PAID all (5) of my bounce fees that occurred. I just simply gave them a credit card to charge me from now on instead of my debit bc it is easier and I won't have to go through any hassles with my bank in case of any mistakes that might happen in the future.

In closing, I can't stand it when people make excuses bc you know they don't want to commit to something and then say "they charged me $59.00 when I didn't want them to". Then DON'T give out your personal account information. ACE reps are not forcing your arm to join the program. It works if you want it to work. I only have maybe another 6 to 8 months to go and I should be done but so far I have recommended this program to five people who signed up this year. I intend to continue letting people know about ACE. They even pay you for the referrals.

Thank you Mel Kessler for the hard work your company does. You are telling the truth when it comes to the billing issues and how your company helps people with bad credit. These people that are complaining (although a few might have a legitament gripe) want you to pass the magic wand and make everything happen right now but the reality is that just like fine wine, it takes TIME to get the right results.

The only way the company could access the clients account was if the client furnished the account information.

Bank name, type of account routing number and account number.

Tine supplied the information for us to purchase her credit reports and analyze them for her. After the fact when we requested ID before sending them out, she had buyers remorse and wanted here money back. This was impossible as we had spent it for the reports, scores and analysis.
