According to the BBB site this company has one (1) employee. In the box where it asks for the "Principal" of the firm the employee has cleverly entered "Owner" just as when Rob S. reported he'd been scammed the rebuttal came from an unnamed "Owner of the Company". According to jigsaw the self-described "Senior Partner" is Marlon Gardinera. If that is true, his father has a dirt hauling company and, according to one source, the younger Mr. Gardinera left his father's company and started his own Earth Source or some such. Before American Credit Group he allegedly left his truckers high and dry to the tune of a quarter million dollars.

American Credit Group responds to any and all consumer concerns. This particular report is not from a consumer or client. It is libelous report and American Credit Group intends to seek legal remedy to the untrue, unsubstantiated comments written and published on this site and several other web sites by the unnamed individual posting the comments.
More importantly, we believe this is a blatant misuse of Rip-Off-Report which we believe is a valuable resource for consumers/clients of companies who have legitimate complaints about companies that they feel have not lived up to their contractual and customer service commitments.
HOWEVER THESE STATEMENTS WERE NOT MADE BY A CLIENT OF AMERICAN CREDIT GROUP, NOR ARE THEY ABOUT THE SERVICES PROVIDED BY AMERICAN CREDIT GROUP.
These are libelous personal attacks on an individual. As such, American Credit Group, LLC. will handle this matter in accordance with both Federal and State law.
Response to Claims:
The Better Business Bureau has not updated their records regarding American Credit Group, LLC. Current information has been provided.
American Credit Group, LLC. is Limited Liability Company with numerous owners, both active and non-active in the operation of the business. As a privately held company, American Credit Group, LLC. reserves the right to not publish the list of ownership active and non-active as their role, if any in the services provided by American Credit Group, LLC. do not affect the consumer relationship or the services provided.
There are no multiple charges the first month. This is an unsubstantiated false claim. Legal action will be taken on these claims.
The management of American Credit Group does in fact have 16+ years in the credit and mortgage industry as stated on the web site. American Credit Group, LLC was started in 2007 as stated.
American Credit Group, LLC. is not affiliated with, a subsidiary of or associated with any other organization and therefore can not respond to claims made about another company.
