I was a sales rep for Central Intel Communications
well, ACS as everyone thinks its called, the reason that it is a scam is because the program is impossible to complete. see you are suppose to charge $99 to your Platnium Merchindise Card, and pay it off with 3 on time monthly payments of $33.
the thing is you have to pay 35% down payment and 15% shipping and handling, well 35% and 15% is 50%
of the total cost. that means before your items are sent to you you have to pay $50.00. then in 30 days you will recive a bill for $33. everything seems to be going fine at this point, then you get your second bill and its only $17.00, because that is all that is still owed on the account. If you don't make the 3 ontime payment of $33 you don't get your Visa. So really no one ever gets a Visa, the only way to be able to make 3 monthly payments is to charge $200.00 dollars to the Platnium card.
