American Credit Solutions & Assail Inc ripoff fraud scam Tampa Florida Florida

ACS telephone disconnected, unable to cancel order, found out is a ripoff business .....

I called this company after receiving a yellow card in the mail. They promised a credit card, a club membership for merchandise, coupons, a camara, 100 film rolls.

It sounded great, so I gave them a check over the phone to be posted to my account for $199.00 or $199.95 on 11/26/02. Later, I decided to cancel. When I called last week on Wed. the phone number given on the card was disconnected. I looked up the company on web and found to be a busines fraud.

I then proceeded to stop payment on this transaction with my bank. I then found out today that a company had tried to withdraw the funds on my account.

The only information at my bank was a phone number 800 470 0906. I called this number and someone (male) answered "Customer Service", then I asked who they were, but they were not willing to give me any other information.

They said, if I called then I should know who I was calling. They asked for my social security number. I refused to give to them and told them that I was going to report them. The person on the phone laugh and said, but you don't know who we are.

I did a reverse search on this phone number of 800 470 0906. Found the following information Assail Inc. 1071 E. 100 So. St. George, Ut 84790. Their local phone number is 435 672 3309. I would like to report that they are somehow associated with American Credit Solution, Please be aware.
