AMERICAN EXPRESS DELTA CARD INSURANCE RIPOFF FROM BALBOA INSURANCE Husband paid death Insurance on card for 16 years. He claimed it was cancelled one day befor he died. I can prove it was paid than and two later by my bill. Orange California

My husband paid insurance of around $12.00 a month for 16 years. They claimed it was cancelled one day before he died. NOT TRUE! I can prove it was paid than and also two months late it was still in effect.
Balboa Insurance has done this to many other people also and seem to get by with it.
SOMEONE NEEDS TO PUT A STOP TO THIS.
