had no credit so they said for 300 dollars they would give me one visa card and said in 3 months would get a mastercard. also would pay 5 dollars a month for one year.
never got the mastercard but did get a visa in the amount of 200 dollars.paid it off and have been trying to get the 5 dollars a month stopped.
found out that the bank they use is Hunting National Bank in Ohio.phone no. is 614-331-8590.
