*General Comment: SCAMMED FROM THE START
AFR has cheated me big time on my loan modification ,dispite a sign contract which they agreed to return my money if they could not deliver what they promised, after a couple of months all my phone calls and letters left unananswerd and later on I found out from my bank that they never submitted any forms or documents on my behaft and basicaly they took my money and left.I feel so stupid and angry that people can get a way with this kind of crimes and there is nothing to protect consumers. SCAMMED FROM THE START

I am sorry to say you were scammed from the start
I 100% guarantee that any loan or loan modification service you have to pre-pay for is a scam.
Call the police and file a complaint. They won't be able to do anything but by filing a complaint will help the Police track and eventually catch scammers like this.
