This company ripped us off for over 30 thousand dollars and had many other clientrs of theirs contact us about ripping them off also. They (Eva Rivera) are very deceptive and in my opinion criminal business practices.

I'm sorry but I have to agree with this review. Eva Rivera has no idea how to treat people. Her customer service Lacks professionalism. When I walked into her Warehouse it looked like all of her employees were afraid of her, I just got a very weird feeling about all that. I don't think in my 40 years that I have been in upper and Senior Management that I have endured the trauma and the unprofessionalism that she has brought to our business.
We opened a new retail store in South Florida and as new to the business I would have expected a little bit more professionalism understanding, and patience on her end. Eva, made me feel like I shouldn't ask any questions, I was wasting her time, and that they didn't want to deal with anyone in the LGBT community.
Today we were supposed to get in order, so I sent her a text and her response to me was it'll be there between 11 and 12 and then she said you've been a difficult customer we will not be doing business with you anymore. We didn't get our shipment today and I'm still waiting on my wire transfer. Totally unprofessional and just downright mean. My advice to someone who wants to buy salvaged merchandise there are many and I mean many Wholesale Liquidators in South Florida.
Costco being one who have been just amazing people there. And World Liquidators in Pompano Beach. They took my call today handled me with as if I was family and said come on in and we will show you the ropes. People run from this Eva person. I heard you think twice before you deal with this Eva Rivera person.

Our company prides itself on examplary customer service. We address the very few issues that have arisen during a given transaction and have worked to come to an amicable solution in the few instances where there has been an issue. We are unaware of the party that has made this claim but we encourage them to reach out to us so we can resolve any issues they may have. Unfortunately, the post does not give us enough information to know what or whom may have an issue with our company. We look forward to receiving more information so we can address it immediately.
