I was called on my cel phone about three weeks ago and told that I was to get federal tax refund of $1,700. I received a letter from American Health
Benifits Online on 05/02/2008. The same day my checking account was overdrafted for the sum of $299.95.

I didn't understand the overdraft as I didn't buy anything for that amount. Then I opened their letter and on the back it said I would be billed $299.95 after having a seven day risk free review, which I didn't have because I didn't order this.

I was under the impression that I would be getting a Federal Tax Refund deposited not money withdrawn from my account.
