Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
Beware of high pressure sales team that get you to pay a non refundable payment and make promises about so called policies which are not as described. When you call back for more info the sales people are not available. The policies are absolutely useless. This is not health insurance

Unified Caring Association (UCA) is dedicated to total client satisfaction and we deeply regret that you did not get in touch with us when you felt you did not receive the appropriate service. Feeling good about what you purchased is our highest priority and we apologize that this has not been achieved. We strive to exceed expectations with our clients. We are sincerely sorry that as a member, you felt the sale was of high pressure. As a policy and in practice, we as an association are committed to addressing and resolving all issues concerning our members.
Association memberships are sold by independent licensed agents. Memberships contain various consumer savings, including both insurance and non-insurance benefits. However, as an association, though we are not involved with the sale, we are involved with our member’s satisfaction. As a safety measure, association members have a 30-day cancellation period during which members may call to cancel and receive a full refund.
Once again, we are disappointed that you were not content with the membership benefits that you purchased. Please contact customer service at (855)556-5053, so that we can assist you in this matter and hopefully find the perfect solution. Know that we care.
