But I would like you to know that any issue relating to our products and services, like any other company, we have processes and policies to follow. 

Before we provide a refund, we need to check the issue by you sending us an image that will validate your complaint. Second, your complaint should be sent to us within 2 days of receiving the item. 

For order cancellation, we can cancel the order if it is not being fulfilled yet by our fulfillment department. You can contact us within 24 hours after placing your order if you want to cancel or change anything with your order.
