Sent about 25 emails to the sales support peolpe , dealt with a Warren salazar ( apparently). Mad erequest to cancel my orders but they did not in the end. ripped me off in the tune of $200US. have done further research and have found lots of people in the same boat and theyhave not recieved or did recieve the item but was not as describedhence real leather and its just fake leatheron or synthetic rubbish. total scammers so dont deal with them.

But I would like you to know that any issue relating to our products and services, like any other company, we have processes and policies to follow.
Before we provide a refund, we need to check the issue by you sending us an image that will validate your complaint. Second, your complaint should be sent to us within 2 days of receiving the item.
