American Loan Company Keeps calling after numerous times I have told them that the person they are looking for is not at this number  Internet

I am sick and tired of telling David Brown @American Loan Company that there is Bo Sandra Dee at the number he is calling. He starts calling around 5:30AM Pacific Daylight time and continues calling throughout the day even after numerous times being told that he has a wrong number. This is now downright harassing. I know he is attempting to scam this person named Sandra Dee. Heavy middle Eastern Accent, seems to be using a script and when you interrupt him he gets frustrated and hangs up.
