Me and my mom went to our local mall because I signed up to be a contestant in the american mall model search. They asked for a 75.00 deposit to hold my spot for my photo shoot for the following day and after we made the first payment they then told us there was a no refund policy. I felt uneasy because of the no refund policy and went online where I found hundreds of complaints about this being a scam and then called the agency back and requested to have my money refunded the agent then told me he will not give me my money back and made jokes about me giving him my money. I also have emails from him where he joked about me not getting my money back.
