I spoke with a rep from American Online Experts on or about 23 Nov 2021 regarding a tutoring session in Biology. According to the rep there was a fee of $355.00 which was broken down into $123.00 and $230.00. After speaking with the rep I was introduce to Noah, which I assume is the tutor. Once the session was setup I tried several time reaching out to Noah but with no success.

Once Noah contacted me I stated their way of doing seemed fishy but he assured me that was not the case and everything was great. Also was told to read the terms and conditions on the website because they stand behind their work. The terms and conditions on the website reads as follows.

We do follow refund policy and return money to the customer but only if there is something wrong with the order. I have reached out to you guys several times just to be disconnected from the call and from the chat. I requested to receive a full refund as promised by no later than 30 Nov 2021 and as of today 5 Dec 2021 I have not received the refund in the amount of $355.00.





American Online Expert is not a company because a company can not have a Zelle account with any bank according to a financial institution. The banking representative said American Online Expert is accepting Zelle's payments; they are defrauding not only customers but also the banks. that said, do not send them money via Zelle, Cash app, or any other online

American Online Experts classify themselves as an educational consultant company, but they are actually a couple of individuals who are sitting in their homes cheating potential clients out of their money. For over a month, I have tried calling the number posted on their website requesting a full refund for the work American Online experts failed to complete. After calling American Online Experts in the month of December 2021, the phone was disconnected, and individuals from American Online Experts started calling from random numbers they had set up through a google account, threatening me that they were going to call my Son teachers for hiring them for a tutoring session.

I expressed to the individuals who called that their website states if a customer is not satisfied, he or she will receive a full refund. Well, seeing they never started the tutoring session, I suppose to receive a full refund, correct? The person on the other end of the call started to get mad and threaten me once again. I politely said, call whoever you want because I have all of the phone calls and text messages from them where had been sending me for over a month.

Today is Feb 03, 2022, and I recently called the number posted on the website, and it is back on, but no one will answer the phone because they know that I am calling, because just like they call from random numbers, so can I. Also, I have tried login onto their website in the chat section, and they have managed to block my IP address, but I have managed to get around that as well.

I am sure you notice the pattern, and it is crappy that American Online Experts continue to be able to portray themselves as a legitimate company on the Trustpilot platform where customers are searching for a real and safe company. The experience I have had with American Online Experts has been a nightmare, and that is the way those guys want it to be since they know they are con artists hiding in plain sight, but I am here to tell them I am not going away because customers deserve better.

Update: 03Feb2022 American Online Experts have been stealing money from potential customers posing as an educational consultant company. They are receiving help committing their crimes in plain sight. American Online Experts are using a VPN blocker to block IP addresses along with some sort of special software that detects the person they stole the money from.
