American Power & Gas offered an introductory rate of .063 KWH if I switched to them as my supplier. I received that rate for one bill, then the next bill was at .119 KWH, double the intro rate. I cancelled and received half a doen phone calls to keep them as supplier. The salesman promised a low rate through the winter. I just received my Dec. bill and my supplier rate is .10KWH.

I regret ever switching my supplier from Duquesne Light. It has not been worth the aggravation or all the extra expense. Don't get suckered in by these cheats.
