American Pressure Clean and Carlos Bernal Their Ad Says "Satisfaction Guaranteed" -- Theirs Not Yours !!! Margate Florida

After seeing their ad in local flyer, I called 954-562-5821 and spoke to Carlos Bernal, who said he was the owner.  We agreed upon price for pressure cleaning of roof, driveway and pool patio.  He said they could be there at 9 am the next day. I spent over an hour in the morning hot sun the next day moving my furniture off the patio as agreed before their arrival. A few minutes after the agreed upon time, a van bearing their company logo showed up and several men got out.  I approached the group and asked which one was Carlos.  Apparently, only 1 person spoke broken English and responded that Carlos wasn't there.  He also asked me what I wanted done at the house. I went back into my house and called Carlos.   I told him that I was under the impression that he would be there and was surprised that he hadn't instructed his crew what needed to be done.  He told me he had 50 trucks in the field and couldn't come to each house.  I also expressed my concern about the crew not breaking any roof tiles.  When I went outside again, his crew was putting their equipment back into the van.  When I asked the same one what was going on, he said Carlos told them to pack up and leave.  I called Carlos again and he told me that his ad stated "satisfaction guaranteed" and since he knew he couldn't satisfy me he didn't want to have his crew perform the job !!
