We called them and got a price for moving our furniture to Florida he gave us a price of 5500. A few days before they were coming to pack us up they called to get a list of things they had to take so we went threw the house and gave them everything that was going so they new what size truck to send. At the end of the conversation he said that it was a little bit bigger than he thought so it would be a little bit more so he asked for 800 more dollars .

The day they were supposed to be here they called and they said that we still had a balance of 4000 dollars we asked why so much they said because we had more than they thought. We all ready paid 3000. So we were stuck because it was less than 72 hours to cancel. When they got here the next day one day late and at 5:30 in the evening they only had a small 26ft truck and said that we could only have half the truck and if we filled the truck it was going to be 9400 dollars and that it still wouldn’t hold everything on our list . So we called them and they said that if we canceled we would lose our 3000 dollars and we would still have a fee of 1500 dollars for packing materials and labor time
