Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
He had my motorcycle for almost 3 months...Did HORRIBLE work on it and lied to my face...and then attempted to charge me $710.00 for his work.
He was Instructed to put on a aftermarket brake / Turn signal indicator...My saddle baggs would cover the factory ones, He Installed it UNDER the rear fender, so no one could see it...And he had me wait an addtional week for the EPOXY to harden.
I never instructed him to install a VALUABLE saftey under the fender...and on to of it he used silicon, the back tire heats up, silicon melts and the guy wants $710.00

I don't know to eho you are refering to....But you are mistaken.
We charge a $25 up front fee for paperwok processing...If you do not hire anyone via our firm, there is no additional cost.
We have been the leader in this Industry for for past 14 years...We started in 2004 and now I'm posting my rebutal to my 2nd negative review in ALL THAT time in 2018
I don't know who you are, but It sounds like you have a personal issue...

This is how low Bobby, and his sister Michelle will go...He (Bobby) accused me me of being a pedophile....I took a screenshot...And his sister (Ms. Hello Kitty) they both chime in on my coporate Facebook page...My lawyers are going to have a ball withthese two

Mark is new to motorcycles and does not understand much about them. He wanted an LED light mounted under his fender and saddlebags installed. I explained that his chopper is not meant for this and showed him some other options. He insisted on these items and I told him that he would have to bring his own parts to me. I then installed them as requested and had him sign a waiver that there was no guarantee on this light staying on. I gave him many different choices but he insisted he knew better.
After all of this he then tried to do a chargeback with his credit card company. I submit all my evidence and was found to be correct. This man is dishonest! I put my customers first and my reputation is important to me. If Mark would have taken my advice on lighting he would not have had any issues. I also called him to try to remedy this problem when it first occured but he refused.
