I received this loan on 10/6 and was under the assumption it would be paid off on 12/31. (the amount was 1500.00)  I went online to check my balance (however, that was a struggle in itself conveniently) and they said I still owed 1372!!!!  I immediately called and she tried to tell me I signed up for a 12 month loan, which makes no sense at all for 1500. and they took 262.12 bi monthly!  Complete scam, none of this was explained and during the loan, I was never able to get online until now.

American web loan I borrowed 2000 with bi weekly payments of 480 dollars. In June I'll pay 480 three times for a total of like 1,400 something. They said this is all interest and total amount I'll pay back on this 2000 loan is 12,000 plus in 2018 I'll be done. I'm so shocked this information was never disclosed to me. I borrowed on the 28 of May and already paid a payment this 19 of 480 dollars. Then they say next one is 6/2/17. If I want to pay my balance off today it's 2,602 today. Even I paid 480 already it's not even been one month since I borrowed. Help me please. Help me please Ponca city, Oklahoma

American Web Loan These loans are almost impossible to pay off!!! We took out a loan for $1000.00. They set up an automatic withdrawal from our bank acct. for $600.00 per month and we were led to believe that those payments would pay the principle balance of the loan but not so. The only way we could pay off the loan is if we paid above and beyond the $600 per month. In the end, we paid over $4000 for this $1000 loan. This should be illegal!!!! The biggest scam ever! American Web Loan I applied for a loan to cover an emergency in August. I borrowed $400.00. I called today to see what my payoff is and they said 343.00. I have paid over $1,000 back sine August. The interest is 60% a month. I paid an extra 60.00 one pay period and that is all of the credit I have been given. These loan places are run by Native Americans. Why are they allowed to do this to people? I am struggling so bad just like everyone else. I have nothing against Native Americans. I just do not understand how they can do this. How can I get out of this mess? Anyone have any suggestions. I told them I am closing my bank account..
