Our brand new home built by Lennar came with American woodmark cabinets (AWC)and installed by Timberlake cabinetry (TLC). After one year one cabinet doors panel came apart from side panel and split away from hinge. I contacted American WoodMark and rep told me AWC will cover the manufacture defaults but need order# to process the replacement door.
I specifically verified with AWC rep if i get the order # can AWC replace the door because I dont want to waste my time to get the order # and at the end AWC say "NO"
I contacted my home builder Lennar and managed to get my order # 96914550 installed by TLC, Lennar rep advised me that TLC will not work with consumers directly. When I called back AWC the 2nd rep told me i need to contact TLC to get the replacement door since TLC is the one who placed the original order.
I left many messages at TLC and no response from AWC or TLC. I want AWC to replace the door since its manufacture defaults and AWC mentioned it would cover the issue.
