The company advertises on Craigs List, and then has you go to ther web-site to sign up with them and charges $19.00, pronises you to get you a job in the oil field, then after you are signed up and paid your money- you never hear from them again. The way they work is they copy verbatum, all of the craigs lists ads...as a materr of fact they take you right to craigs list and show you the postings from craigs list. (YOU CAN DO THAT FREE) They are reselling Craigs list ads. (WHAT A SCAM!!)

Multiple Red Flags Here

Anytime you are asked to pay a fee like that, you can be sure it's a scam. I checked the registration of their website and it was just registered this year! AND, on top of that, it is privately registered so that no one who looks them up, like me, can get any contact information on them. That is a HUGE red flag! Why are they hiding? Another red flag: their website! It provides NO information about the company, no way to contact them, no information about the so-called positions. The website itself was hastily (AND POORLY) thrown together. It is awesome that you are warning people, but I would also file a complaint with your Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division. If you are not in Colorado, file a complaint with that state's Attorney General's office as well. The AG's are usually the one who prosecute scam artists like this. They can find out who they are, where they are (they may in fact be Nigerians overseas, who knows, but it's apparent they don't want YOU to know who they are, they just want your $$)!
