i went in on april 2nd, purchased reclining couch,loveseat,cofee table,and end tabels. i finaly recieved tables after calling for 4weeks. got a 53.00 discount. ive called every week for 6weeks and i still have no couch and love seat.can someone please help me? i keep getting next week, be here next week. when is next week gonna get here.

i purchased a complete livingroom set from this company on april 2nd 07.i called every week to see if it had come in,and would get the same story every week. i did get my coffee/end tables on april 30th. never did the rest. i had to turn it over to the bbb then i had a check in my hand within 8 days on may 25 07. this company is a joke, and does not need to be in business you've had a problem heres some more info that may help you. the corparate officeaddress is 2748 lexington ave mansfield ohio 44904. complaint office susan beltram 1419846178. if she does nothelp you file a complaint with the bbb. they got me results.
