America's Advantage Remodeling Unacceptable Remodeling, Unsatisfactory and Poor Workmanship Sacramento , California

We hired America's Advantage Remodeling in the fall of 2010 in hopes of completing our home remodeling project before 2011. We were told that the project would be completed in less than two months, but because of unacceptable work ethics and poor workmanship, our project is still not complete.



Every project that they had to complete for our house was left either unfinished or in unsatisfactory condition. We have been asking for them to provide us with all the permits for their work but they cannot seem to provide one for us. We want them to pay for the damages, but the amount they are offering us is not enough to cover for even one of the many project repairs.

 

We were lied to about project materials, labor hours, and financing-they promised us an interest of 6.99%, but turned out to be 28%. They destroyed our front yard lights, staircase, our brand new dishwasher and refrigerator, but they are denying of their faults.



We called an emergency plumber because our kitchen floor started to flood unexpectedly, and he stated that our repipe plumbing was not done correctly and our appliances were also installed in an unprofessional way.



We did not get what we paid for; we would hire a lawyer, but we do not have the money since we spent it all for the remodeling.
