Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
worse customer service experience, really how hard is it to get a copy of the prescription you paid for?!? Spend over $450 Dollars and can't even get a copy of it?, Paula the so called supervisor want me to wait for it, like if I had her time! broke my glasses in pure anger, never going to this store again. I hate them for wasting my time, Glasses are cheap and not worth it.

If someone telling you that you will need to wait to get a prescription puts you in such a rage that you break your glasses, seek help TODAY. Be sure to go home and if by some miracle you actually have a Spouse, tell them sorry for me. I am sure they will understand.
