They decieve customers using a misleading add for a $69  2 pair glasses with a free exam. The glasses are not free, if you refuse to pay they will charge you for the exam. I ended up paying more than a $100 for me and my wife because we decided to cancle the transaction as we do not desire to buy their service anymore. They said we have to pay for the exam. We did and left the store

Their advertising is a bit misleading, but you would get the $69 if you follow exactly what it really meant. You get free eye exam if and only if you buy 2 pairs of glasses. If you decided to buy one pair, you will pay for the eye exam cost. Also, the lens part could be an additional cost if it is not the standard lens. In other words, if the lens required to be made in a lab or you want other coated material and such, it will cost you more than $69 for 2 pairs. I paid around $350 for 2 pairs because of special lens (very strong prescription). One should not expect anything more than just the simpliest condition from this type of advertising.
