called america's pride on april 21 talk somerrod (salesman) ordered lift (1)ap10sac
he said lift would be delivered 6/20/2008.

I started calling 7/1/08 to find out when the lift would be delivered. Receptionist for weeks said to call back next week. They have haven't come.

7/21/08 I called back and cancelled my order. Receptionist said billing dept will take 15 days to credit my visa card.

August I fill a dispute claim on my visa and wrote a report to BBB Boston about my claim . Waiting the results.8/19/08.
