America's Processing Tiffany Taylor Called me said I was being taken to court 7/7/14 behind a check into cash loan. They had 2 charges against me, and was going to press charges. Jacksonville Florida

 On 7/7/14 at 9:20am, Recieved a call from my husband stating that Tiffany Taylor said for me to contact her asap. Stated that I owed money for some taxes and that I was in big trouble if I didn't contact them I would be arrested for fraud. I called the number he gave me and she asked the phone. I didn't think much about it then, but as I thought about it later, it didn't sound like a business/company.

She never stated the Attorney's name or Law Firm that she was working from. Only that she was calling to let me know that I was being taken to court because of a Check into Cash loan, that I never paid back, and that they were pressing 2 fraud charges against me on case # 20145230806.

She wanted to know if I wanted to settled this to keep it from going to court or being arrested. Settlement amount was over $1400.00, but they waived $200. She kept putting me on hold, while she supposely spoke to the head person at Check Into Cash about setting up payment arrangements. 

I had to make a first payment of $50.00 to America's Processing by money gram, which I did. Every 2 weeks $150.00, starting 18th of July. I had to call back with the reference number, and someone else answered the phone, still no company like business. Most places open up with greetings, company name, and their name. I asked to speak with Tiffany. Just seem odd.

On Thursday 7/10/14 something just doesn't sat right with me, so I called the number back. It went straight to her voice mail. Now if it is a legit company, why would it go to her voice mail? And why would you call me 2 days prior too the dates I'm suppose to pay my installments, to remind me?
