Nate Kassees the branch Manager for Americas roof today came to our home on 8/10/2011 & gave us a estimate of $8,775.51 for a new roof on 8/16/2011 Nate came back to our home & picked up the check for the full amount of $ 8,775.51 that he said the owner of the company DAVID SCHUMACHER wanted up front. After giving the check to Nate I did not hear from him for 2 weeks, I then called and Nate told me the shingles were back ordered & it would be the following week for the work to be started. This went on for 3 months. I had to file a complaint with the Arkansas Attorney Generals office & with the BBB I have won a court judgement Against Americas roof today but as of 8/2013 I am still waiting for full repayment. This is no way to treat a Disabled SR citizen on a fixed income. K
