In response to your complaint please know that "Clinton" works for Prestige Tax Office and they have no association with America's Tax Office. If you google the number displayed in your complaint it will take you directly to PTO. It has been misrepresented that ATO has "changed" names or has gone out of business- neither is true.

I own and operate a legitimate and respectable business that follows the letter of the law. We do not even accept payment from someone that has not signed a contract 1st. We follow IRS guidelines and do not employ arm twisting sales tactics. We have been in business since 2011 and are family owned and operated.

There are many tax offices across the country illegally using our name and logo and are operating in bad faith and in some cases are straight out fraudulent. It is very difficult to get them shut down or get them to stop using our name before a complaint is made- which is usually how we find out about them in the first place.

There is ONLY ONE AMERICA'S TAX OFFICE and we will continue to operate our business with the highest level of professionalism and ethics. I am very sorry you had to see the dark side of how a business can operate, but trust and believe that we will have no part of that!
