I was sold a franchise $1000.00.  Five later months later they are out of business.  They claim they are a victim of identity theft and for the public safety they needed to shut-down.  That was the second excuse, the first one was the tax software had a problem and they could not process tax returns until it was fixed.  We now find out that the IRS shut them down.  myself and other victims of this company are getting together for a law suit.  Stay away from this company. under all of thier names they are the same owner.
